2 new government bus services from Polur to Chennai were launched on Friday.
These buses are plying daily at 7.20 am and 8.30 am from Polur workshop to Chennai on route no:131.
It will reach Chennai via Chetupatta, Vandavasi, Chengalpattu and Poontamalli.
Arani Lok Sabha member M.S. Tharanivendan, Vice President of State Athletics Association AVV Kamban inaugurated the event.
Former MLA Shek, district sports development team organizer A. Manikandan, DMK city secretary Thanasekaran, Sethupattu union secretary Manokaran, Panimanai General Manager Gopalakrishnan, Deputy General Manager Kalachelvan, Thomusa State Assembly Vice President Selandrarajan, Otunan Team Secretary Annamalai, Conductor Team Secretary Sudhakar were present in the event.
